Donations
100% of any size donation goes towards helping local homeless families.
For every $500 raised covers the cost to remake a room that typically houses 4 people. New pillows, sheets, toiletries and other decor are given to each new resident of every bedroom we rehab. When they're able to move on, they can take that source of comfort and sense of ownership with them.
Larger donations help us renovate larger shared spaces such as living rooms, reception areas, and kitchens as well as gardens and outdoor seating areas.

Donations
Any size donation goes such a long way. Smaller donations help us create Room Kits -- when we cannot enter shelters or reach new residents quickly enough, the bins full of essential linens, toiletries, and small decor can be a great "welcome" for people finding themselves new to an emergency shelter room.
A single shelter renovation typically costs $600. This includes providing a family of 4 with new pillows, sheets, comforters, towels, toiletries, storage, and children's items such as stuffed animals or blankets (they get to take all this when they leave). The room itself gets a fresh coat of paint and updating decor, as well as a cleaning and minor repairs.
Larger donations can help us redo entire sets of rooms at a time or renovate shared spaces such as living rooms, reception areas, and kitchens as well as gardens and outdoor seating areas.
